DEL 2.1 Communication plan

The LB undertakes, in contact with all partners and in collaboration with the project coordination team, the creation of the Communication and Dissemination Plan.
The communication plan will aim to improve communication, visibility and dissemination of the project’s actions and results. At the same time, it will propose policies to promote networking and collaborations and will result in the development of a strategy for the capitalization of the project’s results.
It will include, but is not limited to: analysis of stakeholders, definition of the message, channels for promoting the message and project results, and definition of the mix of communication tools for optimal promotion of the project’s results, among others.
The LB is responsible for preparing amendments or updates to the Communication Plan, if required, throughout the duration of the project.

DEL 2.2 Social media Campaign

The Contractor will be responsible for the creation, updating and maintenance of the Project’s social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, Instagram,) for the entire duration of the contract. It will undertake the promotion of the project’s activities, events and results as well as the creation of an animation video for the Firefly project.

DEL 2.3 Production of relevant info and dissemination material

The  LB Contractor will proceed with the design, editing and production of printed and electronic dissemination material.
The specifications for the production of printed material follow.

DEL 2.4 Project website production

The LB Contractor, in collaboration with the project coordination team, undertakes the creation/updating of the Project Website.

DEL 2.5 Public awareness events

The LB and PB3 undertake the organisation and implementation of the opening conferences of the project, which will be held in the city of Serres and Bitola. They  will host up to 100 participants. In this context, LB and PB3  will be responsible for the design and structure of the program, the selection and preparation of a suitable venue, the provision and coordination of technical equipment, as well as the preparation and management of invitations, registrations and information material.

Target groups:
Primary audiences: Local/regional/national/EU Public and Civil Protection Authorities, Fire brigade, Police, Forestry, Nature protection managers/Research institutions, volunteers, NGOs, Media channels

Secondary audiences: General Public (citizens, farmers, ranchers), civil society organizations, private- non-profit organization/association, academic researchers, university representatives, teachers, students, young people’ associations
