LIFELONG LEARNING CENTER ΟF REGION ΟF CENTRAL MACEDONIA SA
Lifelong Learning Center of Region of Central Macedonia is Body governed by Public Law operating under the umbrella of the Region of Central Macedonia and the Union of Municipalities and Communities of Central Macedonia, Greece with offices and training branches in 2 Municipalities of Central Macedonia.
The Center was established in 1997 by the legislation of Law 2218/1994. Since 2015 have participated in 5 cross border projects, 2 in Greece Bulgaria and 3 in Interreg Greece-North Macedonia in which, 2 projects, Park and Fashion Employment Hub was the Lead Partner.
The Center is receiving Accreditation/Licensing from Ministry of Education and National Organization For The Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP).
In the framework of different types of EU co-financed, National or Regional Programmes implements many actions and training programs. The last 3 years has trained, certified the qualifications, and provided consultant in more than 265 individuals in various vocational training sectors, 35 of them belong to vulnerable social groups (Roma) and have cooperate with more than 50 trainees and scientific collaborators. The center also participates in “ERASMUS+ PROJECTS”

REGION OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA
The Region of Central Macedonia (RCM) is staffed by a total of approx. 2,000 employees. Its directorates cover all aspects of regional planning and development (environment, infrastructure, rural development, public health, etc.) Directly subject to the Governor of the Region is the Managing
Authority of the Region of Central Macedonia that is responsible for the management of actions under the Operational Programme for Central Macedonia for 2021-2027. The Region is based at the city of Thessaloniki and is divided into seven (7) regional units.
The Civil Protection Directorate of the Region of Central Macedonia (RCM) consists of 7 Civil Protection Departments one in each Regional Unit and focus to focus on prevention, reduction of consequences of
natural disasters. It employs 27 people and in a period of crisis the Regional Civil protection calls in the regional Unit department facilities, all the implicated bodies, civil protection of Municipalities, the fire
departments, the police, the volunteers, the forest offices, coordinates the operation and also reports to the general secretariat of Ministry of Civil Protection.

SERRES AIRCLUB
The SERRES AIRCLUB is a nonprofit organization, was founded in 1984, with the aim of aerobatics for its members and to spread the idea of aerobatics and air sports.
The beneficiary is perfectly able to serve the purpose of the program.
He is a member of:
- the Hellenic Aeronautical Federation (EL.A.O.)
- the General Secretariat of Sports (GSA) (OO64) and
- of the Registry of Civil Protection Voluntary Organizations.
The SERRES AIRCLUB provides its facilities, equipment and human resources for the needs of the program.
Has its own, unique in Northern Greece, Aero Sports Center consisting of a 400 m2 hangar with 6 ultra-light aircrafts, an artificial training hill (the largest in Europe), a runway for light/ultralight aircraft and a helipad, as well and offices, dormitory, classroom and storage areas.
It has over 100 members and athletes of all ages involved in aerial sports. There are 20 skilled light and ultralight pilots, 15 glider pilots, 10 model drone pilots, modelers and skydivers.
In the field of Civil Protection and Volunteering, it has the 20 pilots and a body of 17 volunteers with full equipment that can help in an emergency, a 9-seater private bus and a wheeled firefighting vehicle to assist in a fire with a foam generator that can be supplied by a fire truck.

CENTER FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PELAGONIJA PLANNING REGION
The Center for Development of the Pelagonija planning region (CRPPR) is a legal entity, established by the units of local self-government comprising the Pelagonija planning region- Bitola, Prilep, Krusevo, Resen, Demir Hisar, Mogila, Novaci, Dolneni and Krivogastani.
The Center for development of Pelagonija region as a institution established from the 9 Municipalities belonging to the Pelagonija planning region with aim working on promotion and upgrading on balanced and inclusive regional development. The past experience of the institution of above 120 implemented regional projects of different types and scopes have worked on improvement of the conditions in the different prioritized sectors such as: infrastructure, civil protection, biodiversity promotion, environment protection, agriculture, economic development, social inclusion, healthcare etc have so far contributed to establishment of the Center for development of Pelagonija region to a regional stakeholder networking the private, public and civil sector into a sustainable platform for promotion the regional development widely recognizable and visible on a national and international level. |

PROTECTION AND RESCUE DIRECTORATE - REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA
The Protection and Rescue Directorate of the Republic of North Macedonia, established in 2005 by the merger of the former Civil Protection Department of the Ministry of Defense and the Fire and Explosion Inspection Department of the Ministry of the Interior, plays a critical role in protecting civilians and material assets from a range of disasters. These include natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, landslides, avalanches, heavy snowfall, storms, dam and bank failures, droughts, atmospheric accidents, as well as other emergencies such as fires, large-scale accidents, mining incidents, industrial disasters, radioactive events, oil spills and gas explosions. The Directorate of Protection and Rescue is the competent authority responsible for the development and delivery of the project object based on the basic provisions of the Law on Protection and Rescue of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The Law on Protection and Rescue expressly defines the Directorate of Protection and Rescue as one of the state government bodies that can carry out this work with a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities defined by the law and related to planning and organization, training, international cooperation and reporting.
The PRD has 35 local PRD offices that play a vital role at the third level, taking the lead during response operations.
Fourteen major fire forces in the country are components of active PRD forces and can be activated by the PRD Chief. PRD also has 3 firefighting aircraft. This integrated system ensures a more efficient and organized response to various emergency situations.
