Gyroplane Ultra-light aircraft Type of aircraft that : Extremely important use as an Ambulance (injured stretcher / position of nurse – doctor). • It takes only 5-10 meters to land, 100 meters to take off and about 20 minutes of preparation time. • It’s an all-weather plane, • It has 90% of the capabilities of a helicopter at 10% of the cost of use • Easily and quickly converted into a 2+2 person aircraft and Cargo transport (150 kg). Also Autopilot, Ballistic parachute, Transporter, Thermal camera Radios for existing airplanes. Air – Ground communications Station, Ground Weather station .

D3.5 High tech Fire detection and warning system
| High tech Fire detection and warning system. Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the system provides a proactive approach to fire management, protecting ecosystems and communities from the devastating effects of wildfires. The system has many advantages: • It has “smart” camera detectors with AI algorithms and machine learning capability. • It provides automated detection as a complement to traditional methods • It activates alarms within minutes of smoke or flame detection. • It provides supervision of large areas mainly in remote areas and high altitude. • Through machine learning, the system evolves over time, improving accuracy by recognizing patterns indicative of fire hazards. For the needs of the largest Teritorial firefighting unit of the region covering the most of the territory, purchased will be firefighting water tank vehicle for delivery of larger amounts of water to the vehicles and teams of filed fighting the fires and not being able to display with a larger amounts of water with the other capacities.

Since many of the firefighting units are faced with unreachable terrains where forest fires emerge especialy in summer, there is a need of purchase of firefighting equipment which will enable efficient and fast fire localization.

D3.4 monitoring and regional stakeholders coordination vehicle
Having 9 municipalities to network coordinate and establish a solid network for firefighting of the region requires on field visits, monitoring and coordination, beeing present on field on hard to reach terrains where the units will intervene and where the scanning equipment ( drones) will be delivered and used. the Vehicle will be used for transporting different stakeholders (firefighting units, direction for protection and rescue, ngos etc to critical points mountain, off road and urban and rural areas)

D3.2 Portable emergency response equipment
Portable emergency response equipment for hosting people affected by emergencies, hosting rescuers and civil protection members in the field and business planning. The equipment includes: 1. Operational tent for emergency situations made of fire-resistant, rot-resistant, and waterproof material (dimensions 4.5X4.5X2.5 for 6 people and 10×5 for 10 people) (15 Large 35 small pieces, two dimensions) 2. Loose metal beds with electrostatic paint, (250 pcs) 3. Blankets (500 pieces)
