BRIEF NOTICE OF COMPETITION
SERRES AIR CLUB announces an electronic Public Reduced Tender, with the award criterion “the lowest price”, for the assignment of the provision of services “Services for the implementation of actions of the FIREFLY project – Networking-organization services, Skills Development-workshops” budget: €45,000.00 (VAT included)
The purpose of the FireFly project is the prevention and effective management of forest fires in cross-border areas through a cooperation protocol for rapid response, effective surveillance and intervention strategies that minimize the impacts of fires on ecosystems, wildlife, property and human lives. Specific objectives include Prevention and Protection, Capacity Building, Innovation and Public Awareness. Forest fires do not respect national borders, rapidly destroy the natural and built environment and require a coordinated response. Local efforts lack scale and data, while cross-border cooperation allows for the pooling of resources for strategic impact.
The above services are carried out in the context of public procurement procedures using the “Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV)”
• Event services (CPV: 79952000-2) and
• Education and training services (CPV: 80000000-4)
2. The tender will be carried out using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (E.S.I.D.I.S.) through the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr of the system (e.S.I.D.I.S.: 514005).
3. The tenders are submitted by the economic operators electronically, through the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, of E.S.I.D.I.S. until the closing date and time specified in the notice, in the Greek language, in an electronic file.
4. The deadline and time for submitting bids is 28/8/2026 at 13:00. The date of electronic unsealing is 3/9/2026 at 10:00.
5. Participation in the tender is open and free, with no limitation on the number of candidate contractors.
6. In order to participate in the tender, interested economic operators (Providers) are required to:
a) have a digital signature, issued by a certified digital signature authority
b) register in the electronic system (E.S.I.D.I.S) – Internet portal www.promitheus.gov.gr.
c) meet the conditions of article 2.2 of the announcement.
7. In case additional information or clarifications are requested from interested parties, related to the tender documents, these shall be submitted up to six (6) days before the deadline for submission of tenders and shall be answered accordingly by the Contracting Authority. The relevant requests shall be submitted electronically only on the tender website via the E.S.I.D.I.S.’s Internet portal www.promitheus.gov.gr.
8. The guarantee for participation in the tender is set at the amount of: €725.81 and must be valid until 27/9/2027.
9. The validity period of the tenders is twelve (12) months, from the day following the date of the tender.
10. The result of the tender will be approved by the Board of Directors of the SERROS AEROCLUB. The service contract will be financed by Public Investment Program Credits (Collective Decision EP4083, Project Number 2025EP40830005).
11. The duration of the contract is defined from its signature until 27/08/2027.
