kick-off Meeting , Serres 17/12/2025 , Serres AirClub
Kick-off meeting for FireFly project was organised in Serres at Serres AirClub by the Leader LifeLong Learning Center of Central Macedonia. All partners participate and discuss the implementation of the project .
First was a presentation of the Main purpose and objectives of the FireFly Project .
Presentation of FireFly’s core mission: strengthening prevention, preparedness, and coordinated response to forest fires. Explanation of the strategic importance of innovative surveillance technologies. Crossborder environmental challenges and rationale for collaboration.
Secondly was a presentation for :
Presentation of WP1 “Management” Roles and responsibilities of each partner. Overview of reporting obligations (technical, financial, deliverables). Scheduling of coordination meetings.
Then, there was a presentation especially about Communication Work Package :
Presentation of WP2 “Communication” Communication objectives and target audiences. Basic guidelines for Interreg visibility and publicity rules. Planned dissemination materials (logos, website, brochures, social media content). Coordinator: LB, PB4
After a small lunch break followed a long discusion and presentations for all the important packages :
